 SCB Global evaluates direct investment opportunities, specializing in smaller private companies or micro-cap public entities.

These opportunities are typically sourced through direct relationships, not broadly marketed, and held in separate special purpose vehicles as opposed to “blind pool” funds.

Our direct investments focus on companies with the following criteria:

• Revenues of $2 to $25 million

• Positive cash flow

• Investment size of $3 to $10 million

• Nationwide geographic focus

We look for opportunities in sectors that have manageable competitive dynamics and where our investment and operational capabilities can add value.

By design we typically do not invest in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, technology, pure real estate, or oil and gas related entities.
